Apartments. Obelisk Industrial was tasked by Kalmar Construction with ensuring a positive completion of the third and final stage (3) of this build which consisted of 130 tonnes of structural steel. The Altro Building holds around 287 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments with additional ground floor retail and commercial units.
